PSP shipments reach 10 million worldwide

Sony Computer Entertainment today announced that worldwide
shipments of the PSP have reached 10 million units, in the space of around 10
months since the Japan launch last December. 197 software titles have been
released up to the end of September, with a total of 19.6 million units of
software shipped. Additionally, SCE reports that by the end of September, more
than 15 million UMD movies had been manufactured and shipped by Sony. The
breakdown of PSP sales by region is as follows:
