Specs

The Wii is manufactured by the Nintendo Company. It is its fifth home video console following the NES, SNES, Nintendo 64 and the Nintendo Gamecube. The Nintendo Wii uses DVD discs to play games, but the system memory can also store classic and downloaded games like “Super Mario Brothers.” The system allows a maximum of 4 players using its controller, the wireless Wii Remote. The Wii Remote features an extension port where extra controllers and other controller add-ons can be connected.

Perks

The game ended, Wii Sports, allows families to participate in bowling, tennis, boxing, golf and baseball. Other Wii games to meet the family, including Wii Fit and Disney Think fast. The system has games for all ages for use in single player. The Wii Shop offers games for all ages of conventional systems, such as the NES, most of which can be downloaded for less than $ 10.

Sacrifices

The controller system for the Wii can take a while to get used to. The addition of the Nunchuk controller makes it awkward to use. The system lacks the graphics ability of other systems like the Xbox 360 and Sony Playstation 3. The Wii controller uses a lot of batteries. The internal memory is great for saved games, but makes it harder to transfer files to someone else’s system unless you use an SD card.

Bottom Line

Families can come together and spend time with a Wii at home. Children and parents can get in shape and be closer to playing the Wii and can not be achieved with another system.
